The 窗 / Shuttered is a suspenseful narrative puzzle game centered on the motif of “windows.”

The protagonist is a patient trapped deep within his own trauma. Through clicking and dragging, the player opens and closes each window in the scene, turning the images one by one. His mother, his closest friend, his lover — each is locked behind a different window.

As the windows are opened, something unsettling begins to emerge within the images. The doctor’s whispers remain close at all times, guiding every act of opening and closing.

Are these revealed images the truths he once buried with his own hands? Or are they stories he only “remembers” under suggestion?
